Shell Advantage Rewards Program ("Share Program") Benefits Terms And Conditions

The SHARE Benefits under the SHARE Program Benefits Terms and Conditions are available to be enjoyed by SHARE Participants who successfully registered via the SHARE Website or SHARE Mobile Application as SHARE Members with completion of all mandatory registration fields.

Only SHARE Members who received the SHARE Registration Confirmation via SMS text will be entitled to enjoy the SHARE Benefits.

A. Qualifying Products under the SHARE Program


1. The Qualifying Products under the SHARE Program are:
   1. Shell Helix Power 4L;
   2. Shell Helix Power V 4L;
   3. Shell Helix Protect 4L;
   4. Shell Helix Ultra 4L;
   5. Shell Helix HX8 4L;
   6. Shell Helix ECO 3.5L;
   7. Shell Helix HX7 (4L/6L); and
   8. Shell Helix High Mileage 4L;
2. Purchases or sales of Qualifying Products (as the case may be) must be accurately submitted by the SHARE Members to the SHARE Platform (either via the SHARE Website or the SHARE Mobile Application) with completion of Product Code, Store Code and Vehicle Registration Number & Mileage (where relevant).
3. Purchases of Qualifying Products by End Customers must be made from participating SHARE Outlets .

B. SHARE Benefits for End Customers

• The following SHARE Benefits are available to be enjoyed by End Customers of Qualifying Products subject to fulfilment of stated terms and conditions:

• Frequent User Benefit

  1. The Promotion Period for the Frequent User Benefit will run until such further time as determined by Shell’s sole discretion.
  2. This SHARE Benefit is only open to SHARE Members who are registered owners of Malaysian registered vehicles. This SHARE Benefit is specifically tagged to every vehicle on which oil changes are made using any one of the FUB Products (“Frequent User Benefit Vehicle”) and cannot be transferred to another vehicle under the same SHARE Account. This SHARE Benefit can only be transferred to a newly purchased vehicle under the same SHARE Account where the Frequent User Benefit Vehicle has been sold and details of the newly purchased vehicle is updated in the SHARE Account within 3 months from the date of sale of the Frequent User Benefit Vehicle.
  3. The mechanics for redemption of the Frequent User Benefit are as follows
     • SHARE Members must perform oil changes using any one of the FUB Products at the participating SHARE Outlets that are Workshops or buy any one of the FUB Products from the participating SHARE Outlets that are Shell Petrol Station Retailers (“Qualifying Purchase”).
     • Qualifying Purchases must be submitted to the SHARE Platform within seven (7) days from the oil change/purchase date.
     • For every Qualifying Number of consecutive Qualifying Purchases of consistently the same quantity (in bottles) or volume (in liters) of any one of the FUB Products in the same category within two (2) years from the date of the first Qualifying Purchase, the SHARE Member is entitled to redeem the corresponding quantity (in bottles) or volume (in liters) of the FUB Product in the same category (on most used or last used basis) equivalent to one (1) Qualifying Purchase (“Frequent User Benefit”). Where there is any variation in the quantity (in bottles) or volume (in liters) in the consecutive Qualifying Purchases, the Frequent User Benefit to be redeemed shall be the lowest quantity (in bottles) or volume (in liters) of the Qualifying Purchases. Where consecutive Qualifying Purchases are of FUB Products from different categories, the Frequent User Benefit to be redeemed shall be the lowest value FUB Product.

       Qualifying Number of consecutive Qualifying Purchases	For every two (2) consecutive Qualifying Purchases, the Frequent User Benefit is equivalent to one (1) Qualifying Purchase.	For every three (3) consecutive Qualifying Purchases, the Frequent User Benefit is equivalent to one (1) Qualifying Purchase.	For every four (4) consecutive Qualifying Purchases, the Frequent User Benefit is equivalent to one (1) Qualifying Purchase.
       Maximum Product that can be purchased per Qualifying Purchase	Two (2) bottles of 4L Product equivalent to 8L of Product.	Three (3) bottles of 4L Product equivalent to 12L of Product.	Four (4) bottles of 4L Product equivalent to 16L of Product.

     • The Frequent User Benefit must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of the last Qualifying Purchase.
     • The intervals between the dates of each Qualifying Purchase must be at least 30 calendar days.
     • Any subsequent Qualifying Purchase that is to be made within 30 calendar days from the date of the last Qualifying Purchase will not go through and cannot be registered as part of the Frequent User Benefit.
     • When submitting any Qualifying Purchase to the SHARE Platform, the Store Code to be entered must be the Store Code of the participating SHARE Outlet from which the Qualifying Purchase is made.
  4. Upon fulfilment of the terms and conditions for redemption of the Frequent User Benefit, the Frequent User Benefit redemption notification shall be sent to the SHARE Member via SMS text to the mobile phone number registered under the SHARE Member’s account.

• Genuine Product Authentication

  1. For every purchase of a Qualifying Product submitted to the SHARE Platform, a Genuine Product Authentication Notification via SMS text shall be sent directly to the SHARE Member’s mobile phone.
  2. The Authentication Notification is required to validate the Qualifying Product purchase and successfully record the SHARE Member’s oil change on the SHARE Platform.

• Other Shell Seasonal Promotions

  1. SHARE Members shall be entitled to enjoy other Shell Seasonal Promotions as notified to the SHARE Members via SMS text, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Seasonal Promotions.
  2. This SHARE Benefit is not open to SHARE Members who are Employees of Shell and its Affiliates and their Immediate Family Members.

C. Terms and Conditions Applicable to all SHARE Benefits:


1. The following terms and conditions apply to all SHARE Benefit Items:
   1. The SHARE Benefit Item is provided on an “As Is” basis while stocks last.
   2. The SHARE Benefit Item do not include any accessories or items that are shown in the promotional materials, as they are for illustrative purposes only.
   3. In the event of unavailability of the SHARE Benefit Item, Shell reserves the right to substitute the SHARE Benefit Item with any other gift of similar value at any time without prior notice.
   4. The SHARE Benefit Item is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
   5. Shell will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the redemption or use of the SHARE Benefit Item.
   6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and Shell expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the SHARE Benefit Item.
2. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of the SHARE Program Benefits Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
3. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material advertising the SHARE Program.
