Your mobile number is your username which you can use to login to Shell Advantage Rewards. You will be able to update your mobile phone number from the ‘Manage Profile’ section.

You should update your profile information when there are changes to your personal particulars or to your vehicle. If you have changed vehicles,you must input its details at the ‘My Profile’ section.

Ensure you submit the Eligible Product code,store code,vehicle registration number and current mileage for every purchase or oil change undergone by your vehicle to keep your account updated.

Your personal information obtained by Shell will be used and processed for account activation,sign up bonus,promotion notifications,oil change service reminders, and other purposes for the administration of the SHARE program in accordance with data protection legislation and our privacy policy available at www.shell.com.my/share.

  Qualifying Number of consecutive Qualifying Purchases	For every two (2) consecutive Qualifying Purchases, the Frequent User Benefit is equivalent to one (1) Qualifying Purchase. Scenario 4(a)

Alex is using Shell Helix ECO and has been registering all his purchases/ oil change via his SHARE account.

Currently, Alex has purchased 3 bottles of Shell Helix ECO and he need another purchase in order to qualify for the free oil based on previous FUB plan (4+1).

Effective 15-Oct, Alex will be qualified for the free oil as Shell Helix ECO is now belongs in the category of 3+1.

Scenario 4(b)

Adam is using Shell Helix HX5 and has been registering all his purchases/ oil change via his SHARE account.

Currently, Adam has purchased 2 bottles of Shell Helix HX5 and he needs to purchase another 3 bottles in order to qualify for the free oil based on previous FUB plan (5+1).

Effective 15-Oct-20, Adam will need to complete his cycle in the next one year* from the effective date. (i.e. 14-Oct-21 will be the last day to accumulate purchases).

On 14-Oct-21, users who has not complete HX5 accumulation will be upgraded to tier 3 (4+1) and can continue to accumulate their FUB by choosing HX7 or High Mileage.

Note: If the SHARE user has no accumulation of purchases of Shell Helix HX5 in their account prior to 15-Oct-20, they will not be allowed to accumulate this purchase in the new FUB after the effective date (15-Oct-20).

Scenario 4(c)

Alan is using Shell Helix Ultra and Shell Helix Power during his accumulation period for FUB.

Effective 15-Oct-20, both products will be split into different tiers (Power = 2+1) and (Ultra =3+1). Alan will choose which product that he would like to continue his FUB accumulation.
