Shell Advantage Rewards Program ("Share Program") Benefits Terms And Conditions

The SHARE Benefits under the SHARE Program Benefits Terms and Conditions are jointly organized and made available by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Shell”) to be enjoyed by SHARE Participants who successfully registered via the SHARE Website or SHARE Mobile Application as SHARE Members with completion of all mandatory registration fields.

Only SHARE Members who received the SHARE Registration Confirmation via SMS text will be entitled to enjoy the SHARE Benefits.

A. Qualifying Products under the SHARE Program


1. The Qualifying Products for purchase and for oil change with the accredited Shell Helix Oil Change Plus and Service Centers under the SHARE Program are:
   1. Shell Helix Ultra 4L / 6L;
   2. Shell Helix HX7 4L / 6L;
   3. Shell Helix High Mileage 4L / 6L
2. Purchases or sales of Qualifying Products (as the case may be) must be accurately submitted thru the SHARE Platform (via the SHARE Website and Mobile Application) with completion of Vehicle Number, Vehicle Mileage and Successful Product Code registration (where relevant) by the car owner and accredited / authorized Shell Helix service center personnel.
3. Purchases of Qualifying Products by End Customers must be made from participating SHARE Outlets .

B. SHARE Benefits for End Customers

• The following SHARE Benefits are available to be enjoyed by End Customers of Qualifying Products subject to fulfilment of stated terms and conditions:

• Shell Helix Engine Warranty

  1. All SHARE Members who are End Customers are automatically enrolled to enjoy the Shell Helix Engine Warranty (SHEW), subject to the attached / written below Shell Helix Engine Warranty Terms and Conditions.
  2. The SHEW shall be automatically renewed upon each update of oil change using Shell Helix Ultra, Shell Helix HX7 or Shell Helix High Mileage to the SHARE Platform.

• Shell Helix Ultra Roadside Assistance

  1. All SHARE Members who are End Customers are automatically enrolled to enjoy the Shell Helix Ultra Roadside Assistance, subject to the attached / written below Shell Helix Ultra Roadside Assistance Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Shell Helix Ultra Roadside Assistance shall be automatically included upon each update of oil change using Shell Helix Ultra SHARE Platform. Purchase and use of Shell Helix HX7 and High Mileage doesn’t include this benefit.

• Periodical Oil Change Reminders

  1. Periodical Oil Change Reminders via SMS text shall be sent directly to the SHARE Member’s mobile phone.
  2. If the SHARE Member is eligible to receive the SHEW Benefit, the SHARE Member will also receive separate SHEW Reminders via SMS text to fulfil the oil change requirements stipulated by the SHEW Terms and Conditions.
  3. Oil Change Reminders and SHEW Reminders will be triggered according to the following schedule:

• Other Shell Seasonal Promotions

  1. SHARE Members shall be entitled to enjoy other Shell Seasonal Promotions as notified to the SHARE Members via SMS text, subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Seasonal Promotions
  2. This SHARE Benefit are not open to SHARE Members who are also Employees of Shell and its Affiliates and their Immediate Family Members

C. Terms and Conditions Applicable to all SHARE Benefits:


1. The following terms and conditions apply to all SHARE Benefit Items:
   1. The SHARE Benefit Item is provided on an “As Is” basis while stocks last.
   2. The SHARE Benefit Item do not include any accessories or items that are shown in the promotional materials, as they are for illustrative purposes only.
   3. In the event of unavailability of the SHARE Benefit Item, Shell reserves the right to substitute the SHARE Benefit Item with any other gift of similar value at any time without prior notice.
   4. The SHARE Benefit Item is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
   5. Shell will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the redemption or use of the SHARE Benefit Item.
   6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shell expressly excludes, disclaims any and makes no representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the SHARE Benefit Item.
2. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of the SHARE Program Benefits Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
3. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material advertising the SHARE Program.

5. In the event of any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between English and Filipino versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
